For this we use augmented reality glasses (Microsoft Hololens).

If needed, we involve our programmers, electricians, and designers in video meetings, so that we can help you as quickly as possible.

All of our systems are equipped with network access for diagnostic purposes: You only have to ensure that the machine has an accessible internet connection (at your site) , so that we can connect to your machine from outside at a scheduled meeting time. Together we then solve existing problems or questions efficiently.
